Position: Field Engineer – IT Hardware

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Field Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of
IT hardware at client locations. The candidate should be technically sound and comfortable with
field work.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and upgrade IT hardware and peripherals
Diagnose and resolve hardware issues at client sites
Perform basic software installations (OS, drivers, utilities)
Coordinate with internal teams for complex technical issues
Provide basic user guidance and demos to clients
Manage inventory and spare parts for field operations
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in IT hardware support
Basic knowledge of operating systems and troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of printers and scanners, including installation, configuration, and
troubleshooting
Candidate should have a personal two-wheeler/bike for field support and movement
Willingness to travel for field work
Good communication and problem-solving skills
