Due to multiple centers and sub-centers with thousands of students appearing for exams, managing the entire process can be a daunting task. We digitize and punch all the manual forms. Every application is assigned a unique ID which is then later used for different purposes. All the original documents and forms are scanned, and a cut list is prepared for the university to review. The university then manually verifies the information and points out all the anomalies in the data. Once all the information is verified, the application numbers are then encrypted with the help of a security key. Based on the application ID and unique key, the center of examination and roll numbers are allotted. A soft copy of all this data is sent to the university for a final check, post which the attendance sheet and the admit cards are prepared.
