The Process
The offline examination process is of two types – examination written on answer sheets & those marked on OMR sheets.
Computer Junction provides OMR-sheet-based processing solutions, including OMR sheets and OMR scanners, for educational institutions and other examination authorities. The process for examinations marked on OMR sheets is as follows:
- First, the marked OMR sheets are collected from all the participants.
- They are then boxed and sent to the examination authorities, where the answer sheets are scanned using OMR scanners. The data is then collated and processed for marking.
- After the marking is complete, the data is compiled by Computer Junction and shared with the examination authorities for verification.
- The final results are then uploaded on the results portal for all participants to access.

- They are then boxed and sent to the examination authorities, where Computer Junction digitizes all the answer sheets for on-screen marking.
- After the marking is complete, the data is then collated and sent to the examination authorities for verification.
- The final results are then uploaded on the results portal for all participants to access.
The online examination process goes through these simple steps:
- As the name suggests, all the answers are processed on the computer server in an online examination.
- With pre-approved answer keys, the results are comprised using encryption to maintain secrecy and integrity.
- The data is then compiled together and sent to examination authorities for verification.
- After the verification is complete, the results are then unveiled on the results portal for all participants to access.
